What reports are available in CMP?

CMP provides usage reports, billing reports, activation reports, historical reports, and scheduled reports.

Can reports be scheduled automatically?

Yes. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically and delivered on a recurring basis.

Can I filter reports by account or SIM

Yes. Reports support filtering by account, sub-account, SIM, date range, and usage type.

What are notifications in CMP?

Notifications provide real-time feedback on actions such as SIM updates, bulk operations, and system process.

What notification statuses exist?

Notifications can be In Progress, Succeeded, Failed, or Partially Succeed

Can I receive alerts for usage thresholds?

Yes. You can configure Rules to trigger alerts when usage thresholds or plan limits are reached.

Can notifications be sent externally?

Yes. Notifications can be configured to send alerts via supported external channels, such as email.

Can I lock a SIM to a specific device?

Yes. SIMs can be locked to a device IMEI using the Device Lock option.

What happens if a locked SIM is moved to another device?

If a locked SIM is inserted into a different device, it is automatically moved to Suspended-Locked status.

Can a locked SIM be unlocked?

Yes. Authorized users can unlock or reset the device association from the SIM actions menu.

Is there an audit trail of user actions?

Yes. The Audit Log records all key user actions, including SIM changes, billing updates, and configuration changes.

How do I get help or support?

You can open a support request from the Support section in the portal, where tickets can be created and tracked.
