How do I recover or reset my login password?

  1. the login page of the floLIVE portal: https://floportal.flolive.net.

  2. Do the following:

    1. Click the link Forgot Password?

    3. The Email field appears.

    1. Type your email address.

    The system resets your password and a sends a new password to your email.
