What is the CMP portal?

The CMP (Connectivity Management Platform) portal is a web-based platform that allows you to manage your IoT connectivity in one place. How do I log in to the CMP portal?

To log in, open the CMP login page in your browser and enter your registered email address and password. After successful authentication, you will be redirected to the Dashboard, which provides an overview of your account.

What happens when I log in for the first time?

On your first login, you will be prompted to review and accept the Terms of Service. Once accepted, you will gain access to the portal according to your assigned user role and permissions.

Which browsers are supported by CMP?

CMP supports modern browsers including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari. For best performance, we recommend using the latest browser version

Can I change the portal language?

Yes. You can change the portal language from the User Menu in the top-right corner of the screen. The interface updates immediately after selection

How do I log out of the portal?

To log out securely, click the User Menu in the top bar and select Log out. This is especially important when using shared or public devices.
